She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Speikers and Mary Speikers (Lestina); her former husband Harold Keogh; her husband George Kukacka; her brothers, Joseph Speikers and Bernard Speikers Sr.; and her son-in-law Jim Ely.

She is survived by: her children, Denny Keogh (Sandy), Ed Keogh (Jean), Deb Ely (Kukacka) and Pam Kukacka (Tom Zerby); her grandchildren, Tony Keogh, Vince Anderson, Zack Ruehling (Aubrey), Amanda Morsching (Jeremy), Cheyene David and Elsa Ely; and her great grandchild Wilder Ruehling. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
