He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dick and Carol Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin D. Clark (Vicki) of Prior Lake and Gail Schneider-Throne (Tom Throne) of Montgomery; his sister Amy Prochaska (Nick) of New Prague; his nieces and nephews, Amara and Carson; his stepsiblings, Troy of Colorado, Nicole of Shakopee and Travis of Savage; and his grandparents, Tom, Emmy Schneider of Shakopee and Sophia Jade.
