He is survived by: his children, Jeremy James Kotek of Montgomery and Stephanie Nickolay (Kevin) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Brandon Nickolay, Cole Nickolay, Grant Nickolay, Jaelyn Kotek and Macklin Kotek; his close friend Shirley Kotek of Montgomery; his siblings, Mary Trzecinski of Minnetonka and Leo Andrews (Kathy) of St. Louis Park; his sister-in-law Norma Trzecinski; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Ann Wroblewski (Steve), Larry Trnka, Ron Trnka (Marilyn), Tim Trnka (Deb), Jim Trcka (Kathryn), Patricia Tupy (Archie), Nancy Trcka, Marcie Trcka, Kathryn Wiskocil (John), Diane Trcka, Jim Kimes, Bob Kimes, Steve Kimes and Theresa Kimes. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
