She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Koktavy and Eleanor Koktavy (Pros); her husband Francis; her grandsons, Mark David Remes and Alex Gammon; her great great grandchild Ethan Scheffert; her son-in-law Tom Remes; and her sisters, Mary Holey (Joseph), Catherine Tuma (August), Anna Tuma (James), Emma Kaderlik (John), Rose Zoubek (Frank) and Albina Karow (Erwin).
She is survived by: her children, John Vlasak (Jack) of Montgomery, Elizabeth Remes of Prior Lake, Robert Vlasak (Carol) of Montgomery, Joyce Gammon (Jeff) of Round Rock, TX and Shirley Harnish (Dan) of Carmel, CA.; and her grandchildren, Debra Skluzacek (Rick) of Montgomery, Craig Vlasak (Kim Koldin) of Faribault, Kim Glende (Jason Steen) of Montgomery, Tressa Sexe (Tony) of Lonsdale, Tom Remes Jr. of Prior Lake, Melissa Delk of Savage, Tim Vlasak (Shawna) and Russ Vlasak of Montgomery. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
