He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph and Margaret Louise Bily, Sr. (Staddler); and his siblings, Fred Bollag and Margie Kukacka. He is survived by: his wife Fern Bily of Montgomery; his children, Gilbert Bily (Chandra) of Idaho Falls and Cindy Wacker (Steve) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Kyle, Shayne Bily, Nicole Wacker and Brandon Wacker (Younga); his sister Jean Swanson of Le Center; and his sister-in-law Barb Bollag of Bloomington. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
