She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peterka and Katherine Peterka (Uhlir); her husband George Vlasak; and her siblings, Helen Novotny (Ben), Anna Duban (Frank), Blanche Korbel (Jacob), Tillie Fierst (Mahlon), Mary Kadlec (Ray) and Emil Peterka (Lillian).
She is survived by: her children, Jane Brezina (George), Michael Vlasak (Jan) and Dianne France (Rick); and her grandchildren, Dawn DePauw (Bruce), David Brezina, Tony Vlasak (Emily), Dan Vlasak (Eileen), Krista Johanson (Bruce), Jennifer Robertson (Luke), Hilary France and Justine Rush (Matt). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
