She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Jelinek (Sandy) of Montgomery and Jerry Jelinek (Lorretta) of Elkins Arkansas; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Factor of Bloomington and Luella McGillen of Montgomery. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
