He was predeceased by: his father Keith Olson; his brother-in-law Steve Brendmoen; his stepfather Bob; his stepsister Jodi; his father-in-law Gordon Nahnsen; and his pets, Coco, Charlie, Tucker, Callie and Abby.
He is survived by: his mother Helen Olson (Binns); his wife Lori Nahnsen; his siblings, Ray DeVaughn (Linda) of Clearwater, Terry Hindt (Randy) of Lakeville, Tracy Rice of Montevideo, Kelly Brendmoen of Montevideo, Shawn Quick (Todd) of Parkers Prairie and Terry Irons (Doug Heggestad) of Montevideo; his mother-in-law Joan Nahnsen of Schleswig, Iowa; his brother Neal; his sister-in-law Doris Nahnsen of Schleswig, Iowa; and his pets, Buddy and Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
