He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton and Dagny. He is survived by: his brother Don (Marieta); his children, Pauline Trandahl (Dave) and Charlie Schultz (Pam); his grandchildren, Kristin Phillips (Jason), Chad Schultz (April), Jason Trandahl (Lucia), Miranda Gilbertson (Matt), Nate Trandahl, Matt Schultz and Andy (Dani); his great grandchildren, Janae, Karson, Madilyn, Parker and Bella; and his sister-in-law Betty Velde. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Bud wished for memorials to be gifted to Trinity Lutheran Church or to St Jude's.
