It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette Johnson of Montevideo, Minnesota, born in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, who passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Riederer; her siblings, Charles Riederer (Margie), Edward Riederer (Lucille), John Riederer and Rosemary Riederer; and her brother-in-law Sylvester Fahey.

She is survived by: her mother Victoria Riederer (Leonhard); her husband James Johnson of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Leo Johnson (Jodi) of Pine City, MN and Jan Morisette (Bill) of Sartell, MN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Morisette (Will Lenneman), Angela Morisette and Greg Lucivansky (Bobbi); her great grandchildren, William and Elliot Lucivansky; her sister Helen Fahey; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Reiderer. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
