He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chapman, and Evelyn Chapman, Sr.; his wife Dianne; and his sister Marjorie (Jenkins). He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Jenny of Golden Valley; his daughters, Lynne Voss of Blaine and Amy; his son-in-law Eric Brehm of Merrimac, Wisconsin.; and his sister-in-law Karen Rudeen of North Oaks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Messiah United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
