He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Fallat and Julia Fallat; and his brother Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jennifer O'Connor (John) and Steve Fallat (Coreen); his sister Susan MacAulay (Doug); and his grandchildren, Riley, Darby O'Connor, Lucas and Andrew Fallat.
