She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Mark, Michelle Levine (Jon), Monica Bongart (Craig) and Michael (Amy); her grandchildren, Jessica (Spenser), Jeremy, Jacqueline (Juliet), Emily, Rachel (George) and Ben (Luke); and her siblings, Herm Urbasic (Marty) and Mary Ann Urbashich (James).
