He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Anderson and Phoebe Anderson (Melin); his former wife Joyce (Gronvall); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Anderson (Osteen); his stepson Michael Hoekstra; and his wife Donna Hoekstra (Hoekstra).
He is survived by: his brother Wesley Golden Valley (Corinne); his children, Stephen of Eagan, MN, Scott (Judy), Charles (Holly) and Judy Thyren (Michael) of Edina, MN.; and his stepsons, Alan Hoekstra (Carol) of Cook, MN and Gary Hoekstra.
