He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob S. Locketz and Charlotte M. Locketz; his sister Carolrhoda Locketz Rozell; and his wife Sandra. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Judy) and Renee Segal (David); his grandchildren, Benjamin Segal (Angela Trinh), Leah Segal, Drew Locketz and Neil Locketz; and his great grandchild Saul Segal.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Adath Jeshurun Congregation Hesed Fund or the donor's favorite charity.
