He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Jill; his brother Alex; his uncles, Lee Prohofsky of Terry Schwartz, Sheri Sisler, Suzy Krelitz and Ed Prohofsky; and his cousins, Nicole Schwartz, Nick Schwartz, Julianna, Nate and Naomi Prohofsky.
