He was predeceased by: his former wife Arlene; and his sons, Tommy and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughter Susan Mack (Marc); his grandsons, Austin Mack (Kaitlin) and Joey Mack; and his great grandchild Ava Mack.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to the Kiwanis International Children's Fund in Joe's memory.
