He is survived by: his parents, Jim Cowlishaw and Kathy Cowlishaw; his siblings, Julie Bartkowski (Jay), Rachel Cowlishaw (Josh Taylor), Rebecca Joslyn (Steve) and David Cowlishaw (Pam); his nieces and nephews, John Bartkowski (Erika), Jared Bartkowski, Kaitlyn, Kalleann Cowlishaw, Thomas Briggs (Andrea), William Briggs (Katie Hovis), Ethan, Liam Cowlishaw, Jacob Joslyn (Liz), Christopher, Kevin Joslyn and Hunter Rancourt; and his friends, Kevin Melbo, Amis MacKenzie and Lucas Byman.
