He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Cook and Evelyn V. Cook (Almquist); his wife Lois Cook (Haines) of Paynesville; and his grandson Jeffrey Carlson. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynne Carlson (Don) of Crystal and Kathy Cook of Big Lake; his grandson David Carlson (Kelly); and his great grandchild Drew Carlson.
