Joan M. Engquist Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Engquist of Minnetonka, Minnesota, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rod (Irma Rod) and Adeline Rod (Blader); her husband Howard Engquist; her daughter-in-law Laurel Engquist (Grefe); her siblings-in-law, Bob and Audrey Byers (Engquist); and her nephew Bruce Byers.

She is survived by: her children, Jayson (David Winkworth), Lee and Dale (Sheri Fine); her grandchildren, Andrew Engquist (Christa) and Katie Henefield (Joe); her daughter Hannah Fine; her great grandchildren, Emerson, Adeline Henefield, Noelle and Elsie Engquist; her brother Bob; and her sister-in-law Jo Rod. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.

Memorials are preferred to any of the organizations listed below, in which Joan was actively involved.
