He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Carbonari. He is survived by: his wife Katy; his children, Jennifer Newman (David), Kelly Schroeder (James) and Jimmy Carbonari (Sandra); his grandchildren, David, Meaghen, Danny, Colleen, Katy, Patrick, Michael and Ian; his siblings, Jerry Carbonari (Kay) and Rita Watts (John); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Durkin (Mary Lou) and Judith Hodges. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Ave Maria Academy.
