He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Laura Koller, Andrew Cohen (Mary) and Will Cohen (Julie); his grandchildren, Katherine, Nicholas Koller, Madeleine, Gena Cohen, Ella, Matthew and Jonathan Cohen; his sister Dorothy Levy (Morris); and his nephews, Robert Levy (Susan Larabee) and Michael Levy (Kerry Finn).
