He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Truax, and Francis Truax, Sr.; and his sister Linda Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Holly Williams (Dennis), Peter Truax and Susan Truax; his grandchildren, Denise Fox (Chip) and Connor Williams; and his sister Nancy McMinn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
