She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Lehrman and Bella Lehrman; her brothers, Ray (Dorothy) and Morris (Sarah); her sister-in-law Helen Lehrman; and her granddaughter Rachel Chazin.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey; her children, Michael (Paula), Gary (Naomi Pominville), Mindy (Bob) and Bonnie Chazin (Jim); her grandchildren, Ali, Emily, Elliot Flom (Melody), Lauren Massey, Carly Flom and Sam Chazin (Theresa); her great grandchildren, Lacey, Cameron, Caleb, Hayleigh, Kendall and Tyler; and her brother Arnold "Butzie" Lehrman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the organization of the donor's choice.
