With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Levy of Minnetonka, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Levy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Kuller (Bill Levy) and Raleigh Kuller. He is survived by: his significant other Mimi Gleekel; his sister Mimi Lebewitz; his children, Robin Levy-Stevenson (Andy), Ginger Levy (Chris Howard), Tom Levy (Rachel), Mark Levy and Amy Levy (Bryan Wall); his grandchildren, Avi (Hani), Sara, Zev, Penina, Ellen, Noah, Sam, Jake, Brianna (Matt), Ashley (Jake), David, Hannah and Mari; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Emerson; and his cousin David.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Israel (2323 Fremont Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55405). A shiva was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Donations preferred to Temple Israel, the JCC of Minneapolis or Scottsdale, JCRC, or a charity of the donor's choice.
