It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danielle Susan Sommerdorf (Minnetonka, Minnesota), who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Wendy Poulsen and Jerry Sommerdorf; her grandparents, Susan Poulsen and Bud Fitzgerald of Arbor Vitae, WI; her sister Katti Wade; and her godmother Linda Poullier. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a Memorial Fund in Danielle's name to be used to help teens in crisis and efforts to fight addiction.
