We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2021, at the age of 61, Carla Sue Sykora of Minnetonka, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Tavis and Matilda Tavis; her parents-in-law, Lavern and Winifred Sykora; her daughter Laura Sykora; her brothers-in-law, Jim Sykora, Bud Keith and Mike Gosney; and her niece Courtney.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughters, Amanda and Denise (Cameron); her sisters, Brenda Keith and Carol Blomberg (Dave); her sisters-in-law, Martha, Nancy Sykora and Cathy Thooft (Charlie); her nieces and nephews, Dave (Kelly), Brian, Phill, Dan (Jessica), Matt (Lisa), Andrew (Andrea), Max, Peter, Adam, Anna (Dean) and Katari; her great-nephews, Duke and Jackson; and her pet Rocky.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Resources for the Enrichment of African Lives (REAL), American Cancer Society, and Concordia Lutheran Church of Pickerel Lake, Albert Lea.
