He was predeceased by: his wife Annette; his brother Edwin (Cibby); his daughter Pamela Rothstein; and his brother-in-law Paul Herschman (Shirley). He is survived by: his son Richard Neff (Valerie); his grandchildren, Katie Agam (Ben), Charlie Rothstein, Samuel Neff and Michael Neff (Claire); and his great grandchildren, Max, Alex Agam and Asher Neff.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Jewish Family and Children's Service, or donor's favorite charity.
