He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney and Dorothy; his brothers, Glen and Dan; and his nephews, Josh and Michael.

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Matthew (Jacqueline) and Peter (Katie Jones); his grandson Jonah; and his siblings, Steve, David (Jolene), Tom (Cindy), Jim (Ann), Glenda, Donna, Kathy Voltin (Howard) and Nita Wagner (Randy).

Memorials preferred to the Parkinson's Foundation.
