He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Powell and Beulah Powell (Smestad) of Hudson, WI; his wife Lynda Voss; his children, Michelle Strobel (Randy) of Chanhassen, MN, James Powell (Kelli Jordan) of Eden Prairie, MN, Shannon Powell (Tony Trout) of Plymouth, MN and Cherene Powell Crable (Casey); his grandsons, Nathan and Adam Strobel; his siblings, Brad Powell (Sharon) of West Union, SC, Karen Powell of Omaha, NE and Nancy Phipps (Jim); his brothers-in-law, Daryl Voss (Gerry), Vern Voss (Donna) and Jack Voss (Darlene); and his parents-in-law, John and Hilda Voss. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
