He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stencel and Agnes Stencel (Hawker); his wife Reta Stencel; his in-laws, Raymond and Bernice Hemmingsen; and his brother-in-law Dale Hemmingsen (Deloris).
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Drager (Robert), Ronald Stencel (Kasey Stenzel) of Minnesota Lake and Robert Stencel Jr. of Minnesota Lake; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Drager (Laura), Dustin Drager (Devin), Logan Drager (Kimberly), Jordan Drager (Lindsay) of Minnesota Lake, Adam Stencel (Amanda) of Minnesota Lake, BreAnne Scheid (Nate) of Easton, Mandi Stencel of Glencoe, MN, Ava Stencel and Delaney Stencel of Minnesota Lake. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (100 Park St N, Minnesota Lake, MN 56068).
