He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Roessler and Lillian Roessler (Schroeder); his daughter Debbie; his siblings, Harold, Melvin, Donald, Bill, Milo, Marcella "Si" Talberg, Lorna Hawker, Thelma Pennoyer and Phyllis Ashpole; and his brother-in-law Gary Orbell.
He is survived by: his wife Aoltie Roessler of Minnesota Lake; his daughter Barbie Roessler of Madison Lake, MN; his grandchildren, Josie, Zachary and Brodie; his sister Shirley Ashpole of Mankato, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Roessler of Grove Springs, MO, Bill Orbell (Marvel) of Freeborn, MN and Tim Orbell (Mary) of Minnesota Lake, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
