He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Woodward and Doris Woodward (Strelow). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Sherri Bollin (Rick) of Plymouth, Jim Woodward of Minneapolis and Lisa Ledebuhr (Scott) of Rushford; his grandchildren, Michael Bollin (Rachel) of Maple Grove, Megan Gohman (Travis) of Maple Grove, Alyssa Woodward of Elmhurst, IL, Hannah Ledebuhr of Rushford and Mitchell Ledebuhr of Rushford; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Bollin and Avery Gohman; and his siblings, Gerald Woodward (Kathy), Judi Woodward and Lynn Rockwell (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
