Joann Ziegeweid Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 89, Joann Ziegeweid of Minnesota City, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent A. Bambenek and Sophie Bambenek (Stanislawski); her husband Lyle Ziegeweid; and her brother Roger Bambenek. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Ziegeweid and John Ziegeweid (Deborah); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Erica), Joshua (Carly) and Tara Ziegeweid; her great grandchildren, Sveya Ann, Arya Jo and Jaxon John Ziegeweid; her brother Jerome Bambenek (Mary Ann); and her sister-in-law Rosalyn Bambenek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes Masses be offered, or a memorial donation be made to St. Casimir Maintenance Fund, or St. Joseph Cemetery Maintenance Fund, or to the donor's choice.
