She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Scheffler and Inez Scheffler (Swan); her husband Elmer Grimes; her daughter Gail Miller; and her brother Edward Scheffler.
She is survived by: her son John Grimes (Karen) of Montevideo; her son-in-law Mike Miller of Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Robert Grimes of Marietta, Jessica TenEyck (Spensor) of Watertown, SD and Amanda Scott (Chris) of Watertown, SD. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (701 Jewett St, Marshall, MN 56258). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
