She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stienessen and Mary Stienessen (DeCock); her husband Germain Hoffmann; her son Bruce; her daughter-in-law Beth Hoffmann; her granddaughter Michelle Hoffmann; her great grandchild Matthew Hoffmann; her siblings, Robert, Laurence, Leonard Stienessen and Marie Antony (Francis Antony); and her siblings-in-law, Jeannie, Mary Ann, Julaine Stienessen, Willie Schmitt and Francis Antony.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hoffmann (Deb) of Canby, Randy Hoffmann (Marilyn) of Minneota and Vicky Gehring (Tim) of Alexandria; her daughter-in-law Lee Anne Hoffmann of Minneota; her grandchildren, Andy Hoffmann (Jamie), Katie Kaiser (Mike) and Cody Hoffmann; and her siblings, Gerri Schmitt and Harold Stienessen (Fran).
