He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry DeCock and Lillian DeCock (Haugejorde); his parents-in-law, Cora and Philip Hirmer; his brother Vince; his sister-in-law Marge DeCock; his sister Patricia DeCock; and his siblings-in-law, Don Eubank, Bernie DeCock, Claire Hirmer, Carol Hirmer, Philip, Tillie Hirmer, Alfred, Fern, George Louwagie, Robert Hoof and Jack Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Corky; his children, Mary Myhre (Jim) of Minneota, Janice Noyes (Ken) of Marshall, Cathy Veiseth (Paul) of Spencer, IA, David of Marshall, Beth Danberry (Jeff) of Mankato, John DeCock (Denise) of North Mankato, Ann Przymus of Minneota, Julie Hager (Tom) of Rochester, Pat DeCock (Lori) of Maple Grove and Paul DeCock (Dani) of Salisbury, MD; his siblings, Bob DeCock of Antioch, CA, Jerry DeCock (Judy) of Gardenerville, NV, Pat Eubank of Whitesville, KY and Janice Hunter (Dennis) of Eagan; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Smith of Spokane, WA, Monica Hoof and Cathy Louwagie; and his great grandchild Riley Sorensen. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Edward's Catholic School or Avera Hospice.
