With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayle Bernardy of Minneota, Minnesota, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Minnie" and Wihlimina "Minnie" (Goslar); his wife Harriet Knapp; and his brothers, Bernard, Ordell, Clarence, Melvin and Leonard.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry (Dorothy) of Little Falls, Michael of Redwood Falls and Dan (Connie) of New Brighton; his granddaughters, Jennifer Sylvester (Tim) of St. Paul, Amanda Rush (Gunner) of Prior Lake, Shannon Nayquonabe (Pete) of Onamia, Lisa Brown (Andy) of St. Paul, Brielle of New Brighton, Kyla Turner (Brian) of Yacolt, WA and Ho Man "Sandy" Liu of Hong Kong; and his siblings, Randy Bernardy (Darlene) and Barbara Sumerfelt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
