He is survived by: his mother Marian Hoffmann (Stienessen); his wife Lee Anne of Minneota; his children, Jessica Anderson of Marshall and Adam Hoffmann (Emily) of Minneota; his grandchildren, Autum, Piper, Elliott, Zander and Wesley; his siblings, Kevin Hoffmann (Deb), Randy Hoffmann (Marilyn) and Vicky Gehring (Tim); his mother-in-law Mary Lee Peters; and his brother-in-law Mark Peters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
