He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy MacMillan; his parents, Mary MacMillan and Howard MacMillan; his sister Debby Lamb; and his pets, Banjo, Kirby and Buddy.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his daughters, Heather (Matt) and Molly; his grandsons, Nick "Buck", Max "Ace" and Will "Chance"; his sister Peggy MacMillan (Mike); and his pet Lightning. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Heartland Foundation or the Salvation Army.
