He is survived by: his children, Wilbur Humphrey Jr. Jocelyn Humphrey, Terra Needham and Andrea Humphrey; and his siblings, Frank Humphrey, Wallace Humphrey, Violet Reyes, Esther Bogda (Ted), Avis Pouphart and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
