He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his brother Clarence; and his daughter Susan Donnelley. He is survived by: his children, Carol Gutow (Edward), Randall and Daniel (Heidi). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
