It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Joan Alexander (Minneapolis, Minnesota), born in Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on July 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Alexander; her brother Brian Alexander; her brother-in-law Paul Mott; and her pets, Oscar and Truman.

She is survived by: her mother Joan Alexander (Roose); her siblings, Ellen Cooper (Jim), Lori Diebel (Tim), Sherry Mott (Paul) and Steve Alexander (Deb); her nieces and nephews, Jessica Globstad (Boen), Allison Cooper, Joe Cooper (Ashley), Chris Cooper (Dawn), Alexander Mott, Ryan Mott, Brittany Guetter (John) and Kimberly Alexander; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aubree Moose, Austen Guetter, Nathan Cooper, Owen Cooper, Hayden Globstad, Scottish Terrier and McKee; and her pet Teddy.

Following retirement, she persevered through the pandemic and administered vaccines along with other caring nurses for countless individuals.
