He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Herman Anderson and Gertrude Anderson (Melcher); and his siblings, Roger Anderson, Betty Berg and Bonnie Anderson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Reyna and Jean Anderson of San Jose; his sisters-in-law, Norma Anderson and Sharon Anderson; and his niece Beverly Berg. He is also survived by eleven nephews and nieces.
