He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Ana; his children, Maile (John), Maraiah (Johani), Wade Jr. (Sareth) and Megan; and his siblings, Richard, Joseph (Hedemark) and Kathy (Wood). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
