She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hazelton and Genevieve Hazelton; her husband Ray; and her brother Kenneth "Bud" Hazelton. She is survived by: her sons, Ray Doherty (Allison) of De Pere and Chuck Doherty (Lori) of Grafton; her grandchildren, Chad (Sarah), Nick, Will, Ashley and Hannah Doherty; and her sisters, Martha Hetzner (Peter), Ruth Anne Hazelton and Paulette Goetz (Tom). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
