It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Boecker in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Alvin and Jerome Boecker; and his nephews, Gary Boecker and Brian Hellermann. He is survived by: his siblings, Caroline Erickson of Grey Eagle, David Boecker (Ellie) of St. Rosa, Joseph Boecker of Melrose, Rosie Ehlert (Dave) of Freeport, Gerald Boecker (Verna "Tweetie") of Melrose, Marilyn Berger (Charles) of Albany, Joann Bielke (Ron) of Sauk Centre, Kenneth Boecker of St. Rosa and Steven Boecker (Geri) of Melrose; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Boecker of Delano and Bernie Boecker of Albany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
