She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Karinen; her son Bradley; and her siblings, Reino Lappi (Bernette), Weino Lappi (Bernadette), Helmi (Stanley Rustad), Melba (George Sihvonen) and Lois (Clark Shattuck).
She is survived by: her son Allen (Darlene); her grandsons, Peter (Kasey) and Roland; and also Mary. She is also survived by many nieces/great nieces and nephews/great nephews.
