He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Isabelle; and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Mark (Tammy) and Amy Raleigh (Bryan); his grandchildren, Logan, Jordan, Caroline and Danielle; and his siblings, James, Kathy Tholkes, Karen Brown and Tommy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
