He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora II and T. G. McCarthy II; and his sister Alice. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Kerry Korman and Mark McCarthy (Maranda); his grandchildren, Emily, Ivan, Zofia and Nolan; and his siblings, Lora Dammann, Debbie Benedict, Patty Engstrom and David McCarthy.
